• UPS Ground orders ship frozen and arrive in 1–2 days within CA.
• Out-of-state orders are baked, frozen & shipped overnight.
• We only charge what UPS charges us (no markups).
• Please refrigerate on arrival. Pies stay fresh 3–4 days, then freeze if needed.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
